Booking your Marriage Ceremony

Important Notes on booking your Marriage or Civil Partnership Ceremony from The Superintendent Registrar of West Berkshire Registration District.

If you wish to hold your ceremony at this venue you must telephone The Superintendent Registrar to check the availability of the registrars. If the registrars are not already committed they will be happy to take a booking from you.

Until you contact the Superintendent Registrar you have only booked the venue and NOT the ceremony.

By law only the Superintendent Registrar can book your ceremony and without two registrars your ceremony can not take place.

As there are many other venues registered for marriage and civil ceremonies in the West Berkshire Registration District, the Registrars availability can not be guaranteed, although we will do our best to accommodate your chosen date and time.

Mondays: 9am – 1pm and 2pm – 4pm
Wednesdays: 9am – 2pm
Thursdays: 9am – 2pm
Fridays: 9am – 2pm

We are unable to accept a booking for your marriage or civil ceremony unless you are legally free to marry or enter in to a civil partnership.
